I got this off of the EverythingMom website.
Things I swore I’d never say as a parent: I remember growing up and thinking my mom said some crazy things; things that I would never say to my own kids. And wouldn’t you know it, I woke up one morning and realized that I had become my mother. Not that that is a bad thing. But those things I swore I’d never say as a parent, I say, like:
I can have twice as many cookies as you because I’m twice as big as you
When you become a mom you can make up your own rules, until then you follow mine
Eating carrots will improve your eyesight and help you see in the dark
Just wait until your father gets home
Because I said so
The black part of the toast is the best part.
